NEW studies and exam regulation (SPO) 2026
Starting in the 2026/27 winter semester, new studies and examination regulations (SPO) with a new curriculum will apply to the Bachelor’s program in Bioengineering.
The examination regulations apply to students
- who begin their studies in the Bachelor’s program in Bioengineering in the 2026/27 winter semester.
- who are already enrolled in the Bioengineering program and have submitted a request to switch to the new Study and Examination Regulations.

Studies and examination regulations (SPO) 2023
New study and examination regulations with a new curriculum for the Bachelor's degree program in Bioengineering will apply from the 2023/24 winter semester. Students who are still studying under the 2015 examination regulations can switch to the new study and examination regulations upon request: Application form (pdf)
